Participation guidelines
- Must be an African-American/Black male.
- Must be between 45 and 75 years old.
- Must be born in the US.
- Must speak English.
- Must have a working telephone.
- Must live in Minnesota.
Register
Selected participants will receive free food and a $20 gift card, but you are encouraged to register by March 31, 2019, because space is limited.
